Indian Chamber of Commerce will organize a Webinar on the “Impact of Corona Virus Outbreak on Handloom and Handicrafts of North East India and it’s revival strategy’’ from 5 pm on May 2.
The webinar is being organized to assess the damage caused by the Corona Virus outbreak in the Handloom and Handicrafts of North East India.
The speakers at the webinar would also discuss on the revival strategy of the handloom and handicrafts sectors of the region.
There would be discussions on ways and means to restore the broken supply chain of handloom and handicrafts products and enabling marketing of the produces.
ICC officials said survival strategy for the exporters will also be discussed during the webinar.
The speakers are also likely to highlight the financial incentive requisite for the revival of the sector.
